Owner, Certified Advanced Esthetician
Michelle Leach Owner and Founder of Pure Beauty Aesthetics in Albany, Oregon. She is a true Oregonian, born and raised. Michelle has always been an entrepreneur at heart. After her first career of raising her 4 boys with her husband of 22 years, she decided to follow her passion for aesthetics. She attended school at Spectrum Advanced Aesthetics in Portland, Oregon where she received her Basic Esthetics License along with many certifications. She has recently attended Advanced Aesthetics Institute in Eugene, Oregon to receive her Certified Advanced Aesthetics License and holds many more certifications (see below).
Michelle LOVES all things SKIN HEALTH and beauty! Her passion is in skincare and results driven treatments! She takes the time to educate her clients and make them feel beautiful from the inside out by achieving their skin health goals. Practicing aesthetics since 2017, Michelle is dedicated to helping others achieve their skin health goals, as she ages she finds her passion in anti-aging and Melasma, though she loves to help her clients with all skin concerns.
When Michelle is not in the treatment room you can find her NEVER missing her skincare regimen, making memories with her husband, her 4 boys, and her two fur babies, staying up late binge-watching a good series with her hubby, hiking, camping, boating, CrossFit/F45, enjoying time with close friends, live music, with a good cocktail and eating good food.
Now the owner of Pure Beauty Aesthetics established in 2019, Michelle prides herself on providing result-driven facials, medical-grade products, and in-clinic skin treatments to help achieve any skin concern. Michelle prides herself on furthering her expertise with on going education & certifications to bring the latest treatments and products to date. Her goal as a business owner is to provide a full-service spa for all things beauty, health & wellness & aesthetics and create the best environment for her clients that is comfortable and soothing. Danielle is a passionate Esthetician and always looks forward to meeting new faces! Confident in her knowledge of the skin, you’re in good hands when coming in to treat specific concerns, boost overall skin health, or to relax for an hour of high quality self care. Each of her clients can expect to step into a cozy safe-space at Pure Beauty, completely focused on “You Time” in addition to catering to your skin needs. Danielle become an Esthetician as a result of struggling with her own skin concerns and eager to learn how to control them, with the future motivation of helping others with similar struggles. Valuing authentic relationships with all of her clients, you’ll receive complete transparency and encouragement throughout your skin journey!
Outside of the treatment room Danielle loves to spend her time boating, being active outdoors, and finding time for trash reality TV all while being a self care enthusiast.

Taylor Beam is a Permanent Jewelry and Teeth Whitening Specialist, Receptionist, Aesthetics Assistant, and Nursing Student. She welcomes all the beautiful clients at Pure Beauty Aesthetics with love and a smile. She is currently taking clients for Permanent Jewelry and Teeth Whitening and is known for listening and delivering results that make YOU feel beautiful.
Taylor is obtaining her degree in nursing at Linn Benton Community College. When she is not in school, she observes Ashley, an Aesthetics Injector, at Pure Beauty Aesthetics to learn how to provide the best results for my future clients. After graduating, she can’t wait to provide all her clients with the most amazing experience and results as an Aesthetics Injector at Pure Beauty Aesthetics. While obtaining her nursing degree to become an Aesthetics Nurse, she takes clients for Permanent Jewelry and Teeth Whitening.
Taylor makes it feel like Pure Beauty Aesthetics isn’t just where you come to get results but also your home that makes your beauty dreams shine. She explains everything in a personalized way to her clients and always makes people feel like they are beautiful in their skin.
Taylor currently lives in Albany, OR, with her boyfriend of 10 years and their adorable one-year-old Goldendoodle. She loves the summer sunshine, boating, coffee dates, and making everyone laugh. She can’t wait to obtain her degree so she can build relationships with clients as an Aesthetics Injector and deliver results that will make you confident.

In her free time Esther enjoys working on her physical fitness, hiking, painting, and spending time with family & friends!
Kassidy Conley
Esthetician and Nationally Certified Phlebotomist.
Kassidy is originally from Colorado, and ventured here to Oregon to attend Oregon State University.
After doing more research about the world of aesthetics, she pursued her dream career by enrolling at Spectrum Advanced Aesthetics, earning her credentials as a Licensed Esthetician and certified phlebotomist. Kassidy is driven by the transformative power of esthetics so much that she has enrolled at Advanced Esthetics Institute to receive her Certified Advanced License. She is committed to ongoing education and aims to make a positive impact on her clients’ lives, helping them achieve the utmost confidence. Outside of her professional pursuits, Kassidy enjoys skiing, traveling, attending concerts, and designing clothes, embracing the full spectrum of her interests with enthusiasm.

Hina studied massage therapy at Lane Community College in Eugene, Oregon, and got licensed in 2018. She’s been studying and practicing more advanced clinical massage therapy, which has helped her clients speed up their healing process. She is thrilled to help many more people understand their bodies in depth and experience a true healing session in her beautiful space.
