We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a 30-day weld guarantee. If your chain separates at the weld point within 30 days of your appointment, please contact us to schedule a complimentary re-weld.

- This guarantee applies to the original weld point only and does not cover damage to the chain, stretching, or breakage due to wear, snagging, or improper care.
- Loss of jewelry is not covered under this policy.
- Repairs outside of the 30-day window or unrelated to the weld point may be subject to a repair fee.
