MICHELLE LEACH
Owner, Certified Advanced Esthetician
Michelle Leach Owner and Founder of Pure Beauty Aesthetics in Albany, Oregon. She is a true Oregonian, born and raised. Michelle has always been an entrepreneur at heart. After her first career of raising her 4 boys with her husband of 22 years, she decided to follow her passion for aesthetics. She attended school at Spectrum Advanced Aesthetics in Portland, Oregon where she received her Basic Esthetics License along with many certifications. She has recently attended Advanced Aesthetics Institute in Eugene, Oregon to receive her Certified Advanced Aesthetics License and holds many more certifications (see below).
Michelle LOVES all things SKIN HEALTH and beauty! Her passion is in skincare and results driven treatments! She takes the time to educate her clients and make them feel beautiful from the inside out by achieving their skin health goals. Practicing aesthetics since 2017, Michelle is dedicated to helping others achieve their skin health goals, as she ages she finds her passion in anti-aging and Melasma, though she loves to help her clients with all skin concerns.
When Michelle is not in the treatment room you can find her NEVER missing her skincare regimen, making memories with her husband, her 4 boys, and her two fur babies, staying up late binge-watching a good series with her hubby, hiking, camping, boating, CrossFit, enjoying time with close friends, live music, with a good cocktail and eating good food.
Now the owner of Pure Beauty Aesthetics established in 2019, Michelle prides herself on providing result-driven facials, medical-grade products, and in-clinic skin treatments to help achieve any skin concern. Michelle prides herself on furthering her expertise with on going education & certifications to bring the latest treatments and products to date. Her goal as a business owner is to provide a full-service spa for all things beauty, health & wellness & aesthetics and create the best environment for her clients that is comfortable and soothing. A place where people look forward to come to.

Meet Tori Marks – our Social Media Manager, Her Social Media Creative delivers impactful and results-driven social media marketing tailored for the aesthetics industry. With a strong focus on brand growth and authentic engagement, Tori is passionate about building meaningful partnerships and consistently exceeding client expectations.
Before stepping into the world of digital marketing, Tori built a successful career as an Advanced Aesthetician at a high-end MedSpa. With over a decade of experience in the aesthetics industry, she brings a unique insider perspective to her work—deeply understanding the needs, trends, and language of beauty businesses.
Now based in Texas, Tori has transitioned into part-time social media management while embracing life as a stay-at-home mom. She partners with fellow Advanced Aestheticians, helping them elevate their online presence and grow their brands with confidence and clarity.
ASHLEY BARTH
MSN APRN FNP-C - Medical Collaborator
Ashley Barth, MSN APRN FNP-C, is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of healthcare experience. Based in Oregon, she works full-time as a medical provider in an urgent care clinic, where she assesses, diagnoses, and treats a wide range of patient needs.
While her primary focus is urgent care, Ashley remains active in the world of aesthetics by offering monthly pop-ups at Pure Beauty Aesthetics. Injecting has become a creative outlet and passion project, allowing her to continue doing what she loves in a flexible, low-key setting. She’s also committed to ongoing aesthetic education to stay current and continually refine her skills.
Ashley is passionate about patient education and takes pride in helping others feel both healthy and confident—whether in a clinical setting or during her monthly aesthetic visits.

In her free time Esther enjoys working on her physical fitness, hiking, painting, and spending time with family & friends!
