Our Policies and Procedures

To remain timely with our patient flow and allow for optimal client access, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

  • Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill the appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive the services they need. We ask all new and established clients to supply a credit card to have on file. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains safe. In the event we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations, the following fees will be applied to your card or billed to you in the event the card is declined:
  • Notification given at least 48 hours before your appointment will NOT receive a charge.
  • No-shows or notifications given less than 48 hours before the appointment time will result in a $100 cancellation fee.
  • You will be reminded of these at the time of scheduling.
  • We understand that unplanned issues can arise, and you may need to cancel an appointment. Unfortunately, it has been our experience that most un-kept appointments are not due to emergencies.
  • As a courtesy, we confirm appointments via email and text and send plenty of reminders of your upcoming appointments. If we have a cancellation on the schedule, we would like to offer the time slot to a client on our waiting list or someone who is calling for a same-day appointment. Without notice of cancellation, we are unable to do this. When a patient does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another patient loses the opportunity to be seen.
  • Thank you for being a valued client and for your understanding and cooperation regarding this policy.

Return Policy

  • At Pure Beauty Aesthetics, we work with each client to discuss treatment objectives and review likely outcomes, benefits, and risks associated with each treatment. We offer individual treatment and significantly discounted treatment packages so clients can choose the best approach to their needs and budget.
  • Once services are purchased, they will not be refunded. However, to ensure our clients always receive the most incredible experience at Pure Beauty Aesthetics, unused service values (cash equivalent for the remaining amount of a treatment package) can be applied to any other service at Pure Beauty Aesthetics.
  • All treatment sales (including, but not limited to, Laser Treatments, Facials, HydraFacials, Microneedling, or Chemical Peels) are final; refunds or credits cannot be offered once treatment is completed.
  • All sales of skin Care Products are final. However, if you have a skin reaction to one of the products, you can exchange it or return it for a full refund within seven days of purchase.
  • We will be honest in all our dealings with you. Aesthetics is not an exact science, and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person.  It is virtually impossible to predict results, and therefore, payments made for services are for treatments to be performed – not for a specific result.  However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best outcome for you.
  • Service/Packages. There are no refunds on services/packages.
  • Scheduling your appointment is your acceptance of these policies.

Memberships Policy

  • 12-month commitment, charged monthly.
  • Cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice (with a fee of $150).
  • Your membership will be canceled 30 days after you have submitted the cancellation request. There is a fee of $150.
  • Memberships cannot be transferred to other patients.
  • Applicants for membership must be at least 18 years old.

MEMBERSHIP REFERRAL CREDIT

Receive a $50 membership referral credit! When a new client you referred also signs up for membership, you receive a $50 credit on your account. The referring client must be a member; credits may not be used toward membership fees.

Gift Card Policy

  • Redeemable at Pure Beauty Aesthetics for in-clinic purchases. This card cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. The card will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.
  • All gift cards issued by Pure Beauty Aesthetics are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

Children Policy

Here at Pure Beauty Aesthetics, we love babies and children. However, making childcare arrangements before your appointment would be very helpful. This ensures the safety of your children and creates a relaxing environment for everyone.

Pet Policy

  • Although we love animals, we ask that you leave your pets at home during your visit to Pure Beauty Aesthetics.
  • Should you arrive at an appointment bringing a non-service animal, you will be asked to remove the animal from the facility. To prevent any disturbance or inconvenience, it is recommended that pets be left at home.
  • We appreciate your cooperation and consideration for all of our clients.
